General objective of the job
As the Advertising Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing all advertising activities of the company. Your role involves strategizing, executing, and managing advertising campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and boost sales.

Main Duties of The Job
- Plan and execute all aspects of advertising operations, from conceptualization to execution, including digital, print, and broadcast channels.
- Develop and manage the advertising budget, allocating resources efficiently and tracking expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop cohesive and effective advertising strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine advertising approaches.
- Oversee the production of creative content, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and messaging standards.
- Negotiate with media agencies and vendors to secure advantageous advertising spaces and deals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising technologies and trends to keep Kemedar at the forefront of the industry.
- Manage and mentor the advertising team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback to support their professional development.
- Ensure all advertising practices comply with legal guidelines and ethical standards.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with proven success in managing diverse and effective campaigns.
Language
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in various advertising platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
Personality
Innovative, proactive, and results-driven with a keen eye for detail.
Personal Skills
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
