General objective of the job


As a Business Development Specialist at Kemedar, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients and partners, and expanding the market reach of Kemedar’s offerings. Your strategic and proactive approach will directly contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.

This job profile is designed to attract a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist who can effectively drive new business initiatives, foster meaningful relationships, and significantly contribute to the strategic growth of Kemedar.

Marketing Department, Product Development Team, Sales Teams

Main Duties of The Job


  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, presenting findings to leadership with strategic proposals.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners, effectively presenting Kemedar’s value proposition.
  • Develop growth strategies and plans that include detailed steps to increase revenue through new client acquisition and partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to build long-term associations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop collateral and campaigns that support business development goals.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote Kemedar’s services.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc., providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring consistent follow-up and satisfaction.
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identifying market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Experience

At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in a related industry.

Language

English is preferred

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of market research techniques.

Personality

Innovative, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Personal Skills

Excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple initiatives.

Experience in Agency system

Professional certification in sales or business development is a plus

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Good connections 

If you have good connections to business key persons in real estate industry and investors
