General objective of the job

As the Sales Compliance Officer at Kemedar, you are responsible for ensuring that all sales practices adhere to legal standards and internal policies. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the sales process, minimizing risk, and ensuring that the company operates within regulatory requirements.

This job profile is designed to attract a detail-oriented and ethical Sales Compliance Officer who can effectively manage and uphold the compliance and integrity of Kemedar’s sales operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted within legal and ethical boundaries.

Sales Managers, Legal Department, Human Resources

Main Duties of The Job

  • Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures for the sales department.
  • Regularly audit sales processes and transactions to ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Train and educate sales staff on compliance requirements, changes in legislation, and the importance of ethical sales practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales activities to prevent and detect violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies to stay updated on new laws and regulations that affect sales.
  • Prepare and present reports on compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions to senior management.
  • Manage and resolve any compliance issues that arise, working closely with the legal department as necessary.
  • Advise on the development and implementation of corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
  • Ensure that all sales materials and communications are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A law degree or a certification in compliance (such as CCEP) is highly advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years in a compliance role, preferably within a sales environment or a closely related field.

Language

Computer Skills

Proficiency in compliance management software and familiarity with CRM systems.

Personality

Ethical, diligent, and committed to upholding standards and mitigating risks.

Personal Skills

Excellent organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and educate others.
