General objective of the job

As the System Support Specialist at Kemedar, you will be the primary point of contact for all support-related issues concerning a specific Kemedar system. Your role is crucial in maintaining the system’s operational integrity and ensuring an excellent user experience by addressing and resolving any inquiries or issues that arise.

Main Duties of The Job


  • Provide dedicated support for a specific Kemedar system, addressing all technical and user-related queries through chat, email, and phone.
  • Monitor the system’s performance continuously, identifying and reporting any recurring issues or potential improvements to the development team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of common problems and solutions to enhance the user support process.
  • Train and guide users on how to utilize the system effectively, including the creation of instructional materials and help guides.
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing, providing insights from a support perspective to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with the IT and development teams to ensure any technical issues are resolved promptly and with minimal disruption to users.
  • Analyze support request trends to proactively address potential system issues before they impact a broader user base.
  • Maintain detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions to contribute to the system’s knowledge base.

Education

No specific degree

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with specific expertise in supporting software or technology systems.

Language

Fluent in English is Must

Computer Skills

Proficient with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and modern customer service software.

Personality

Proactive, leadership-oriented, strong problem solver, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in team leadership and training.

Certification

Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc
