General objective of the job

As the Head of Business Development at Kemedar, you will be at the forefront of identifying and cultivating new revenue opportunities while enhancing existing ones across our innovative real estate platform. This role involves strategic oversight of our diverse revenue streams, including investment solutions, ERP services, marketplace operations, exclusive contracting with real estate developers and product manufacturers and global franchise development, ensuring sustained growth and market expansion.

Manage :

Business Development Team, which includes specialists in market analysis, partnership development, and revenue optimization.

Main Duties of The Job


  • Learn and become an expert on the Kemedar solution portfolio

  • Winning new clients and account management of existing clients.

  • Use a consultative approach to identify customer's needs and preferences and match to an appropriate solution.

  • Record opportunities and activities within Kemedar's SalesForce CRM on weekly basis

  • Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent support and consultation.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer account management matters.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.

  • Identifies opportunities to grow business.

  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all clients' requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

  • Identify customer's needs and preferences and match to an appropriate listings package

  • Prepare and present business proposals

  • Record opportunities and activity within Kemedar's SalesForce CRM

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase revenue from existing and new streams.

  • Oversee the management of Kemedar’s investment platforms like Kemereit, leveraging blockchain technologies for property investments.

  • Expand the adoption and utilization of Kemedar’s ERP solutions, including Kemanage and Kemecor, across international markets.

  • Cultivate new and manage existing partnerships with real estate agencies and other stakeholders to secure exclusive marketing rights.

  • Drive the expansion and management of the Kemetro Marketplace, ensuring a profitable mix of subscriptions, sales commissions, and listing fees.

  • Spearhead the franchise development strategy, promoting Kemedar’s unique value proposition to potential franchisees globally.

  • Manage the Doringa Ad Service to maximize advertising revenue through effective and targeted campaigns.

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for potential growth.


We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Experience

At least 10 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the real estate or technology sectors, with a strong track record of growing revenue streams.

Language

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM and ERP software, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Personality

Proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial with a keen ability to spot and seize profitable opportunities.

Personal Skills

  1. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

It will be nice if you have...

Experience in Agency system

familiar with agency contracting is a plus

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Good connections 

If you have good connections to business key persons in real estate industry and investors

Other Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven track of predictable forecasting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.

  • Adept in talking to key decision makers

  • Assertive, influential and highly motivated with an ability to work in a target driven company.

  • A good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable

  • Determination to succeed with proven problem solving skills

  • Great time management skills and strong negotiation skills

  • Exceptionally well presented and well prepared.

  • Possess strong organizational skills, experience with using CRM tools (SalesForce experience is a plus).
