As the Head of Internal Audit at Kemedar, you are charged with overseeing the internal audit department, ensuring that the company adheres to financial and operational integrity, compliance, and best practices. Your role involves leading audits, identifying risk areas, and recommending improvements to ensure that organizational processes and controls are effective and efficient.
This job profile is designed to attract a seasoned and principled Head of Internal Audit who can ensure that Kemedar operates with the highest levels of financial and operational integrity, effectively managing risks and enhancing business processes through rigorous audit practices.

Coordinates with:
All departments, external auditors, regulatory bodies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 10 years in auditing, with extensive experience in a senior internal auditing role.
Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
Proficiency in auditing software and ERP systems; deep understanding of accounting principles and audit standards.
Ethical, meticulous, and objective with a strong commitment to transparency and accountability.
Strong leadership and project management skills; capable of managing multiple audit projects and teams.
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or similar certification.
Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Under the matrix structure, specific finance personnel such as system-specific accountants report to two managers: the Controller for their functional role and system managers for their system-specific responsibilities. This dual-reporting structure is designed to optimize both functional expertise and system-specific knowledge.
