General objective of the job
As a Senior Product Designer at Kemedar, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and design of our websites, applications, and mobile apps. Your role involves understanding user needs through rigorous research, iterating on design solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring these designs to life. You are not just designing; you are enhancing the way our customers interact with our products.
This job profile aims to attract a seasoned Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and delightful user experiences, driving the design process from research to release, and eager to see their solutions come to life in real-world applications.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Conduct and apply research and discovery techniques to gain a deep understanding of user behaviors and needs.
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.
- Showcase design concepts through detailed drawings and prototypes.
- Test new ideas before implementing them.
- Organize and lead usability studies that involve real users to validate designs and iterate based on the feedback.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a closely related field
Experience
Proven experience as a product designer with a portfolio that includes websites, applications, and mobile apps. Experience in conducting usability studies and iterative design process.
Language
English is preferred
Technical Skills
Expertise in product design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
Personality
Passionate about design, detail-oriented, and a strong desire to deliver positive user experiences.
Personal Skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Experience in Agency system
Professional certification in sales or business development is a plus
