General objective of the job

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) reporting to the Business Development Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities include researching, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential customers to facilitate sales and build the groundwork for long-term customer relationships.

Main Duties of The Job


    • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential buyers and solicit new customers.
    • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling and respond to inquiries from advertisements.
    • Build relationships with customers to determine their needs, qualify their interest, and assess their potential for driving sales.
    • Present product information effectively once customer needs are identified.
    • Guide qualified leads through the marketing funnel, setting up in-person meetings, phone calls, or email interactions with sales personnel.
    • Conduct follow-ups with prospects who showed interest but did not make a purchase.
    • Perform regular follow-up communications with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and uncover new sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with broader company targets and goals.

    We expect that you have..!

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience

    At least 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or a related customer interaction role.

    Language

    English is preferred

    Computer Skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM systems.

    Personality

    Outgoing, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

    Personal Skills

    Excellent telephone etiquette, strong capability to follow scripts creatively, and robust cold-calling skills.

    Certification

    Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

    Specialized computer skills

    Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc
