General objective of the job
As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement through impactful collaborations. Your role involves identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms to create authentic and effective marketing campaigns.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Identify and build relationships with potential influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and assess the performance of influencer campaigns, using key metrics to evaluate success and ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that aligns with Kemedar's products and brand message.
- Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital advertising to keep Kemedar's campaigns innovative and effective.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with the content and social media teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into broader marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and feedback to influencers, maintaining high-quality content standards and brand alignment.
- Resolve issues that arise during influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, content approval, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Organize and participate in events that strengthen relationships with influencers and enhance brand visibility.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.
Language
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics software.
Personality
Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about engaging with new trends and influencers.
Personal Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with influencers, team members, and external partners.
