General objective of the job

 As the Senior Head of Graphic Design at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing the graphic design team and setting the visual standards for the company. Your role is critical in shaping the visual identity of Kemedar, ensuring that all design elements are compelling, consistent, and aligned with the company’s brand strategy.

This job profile is designed to attract a highly skilled and experienced Senior Head of Graphic Design who can effectively lead Kemedar’s design initiatives, ensuring that all visual content is strategically aligned with the brand’s goals and resonates with the target audience.

Graphic Designers, UI/UX Designers, Freelancers, and External Design Agencies

Main Duties of The Job

  • Lead the graphic design team in the creation of all visual content, including website graphics, product packaging, corporate branding, promotional materials, and digital and print advertisements.
  • Establish and maintain the company’s design standards, practices, and procedures to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members or external vendors.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to keep the company at the leading edge of design in its industry.
  • Manage the design budget, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective design solutions.
  • Mentor and develop the design team, providing feedback and encouraging professional growth.
  • Lead strategic brainstorming sessions, creative brief developments, and design executions.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree or any other

Experience

At least 7-10 years of graphic design experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role overseeing a design team.

Language

English is plus

Computer Skills

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with web design tools and multimedia production is highly advantageous.

Personality

Creative, dynamic, and visionary with the ability to inspire others and drive innovation.

Personal Skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent time management capabilities, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Certification

Additional certifications in design, multimedia, or a related field are beneficial.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Good connections 

If you have good connections to business key persons in real estate industry and investors
