General objective of the job

As the Performance & Development Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for designing and continuously improving the talent performance and development frameworks and processes. Your role is pivotal in driving high performance and fostering a robust culture of learning and development across all levels of the organization.

This job profile is designed to attract a highly skilled and experienced Performance & Development Manager who can significantly contribute to nurturing and enhancing the talent within Kemedar, ensuring that the workforce is well-prepared to meet the challenges of a competitive business environment.

Main Duties of The Job

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of performance management systems that reflect employee contributions and drive organizational success.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the performance management framework and processes, as well as the technologies that support their delivery.
  • Design and implement inspiring digital learning resources and workshops that engage employees and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives using feedback surveys and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to maximize impact.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization, promoting the benefits and opportunities of training initiatives.
  • Support the rollout and completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all employees, ensuring alignment with career goals and business needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and business champions to develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding and induction program for new employees in all international locations.

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

At least 8 years of experience in learning & development and performance management within a dynamic and complex business environment.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in the latest training techniques and technologies, extensive experience with performance management systems, and mastery of MS Office.

Personality

Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed with a strong analytical mindset.

Personal Skills

Outstanding communication and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and initiatives.
