General objective of the job

As the Sales Technology Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the sales technology stack that supports the sales team's daily operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all technological tools are optimized to enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, thus driving overall sales performance.

IT Department, Sales Managers, Marketing Team, and External Tech Vendors

Main Duties of The Job

  • Evaluate, select, and implement technologies that enhance sales performance, including CRM systems, sales automation tools, data analytics platforms, and communication software.
  • Manage and oversee the integration of new sales tools into the existing tech stack, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Train and support the sales team in the use of sales technologies, ensuring they are proficient and maximizing the tools at their disposal.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales technologies, making adjustments and updates as necessary to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest in sales technology trends and innovations, evaluating potential additions or upgrades to the tech stack.
  • Develop and manage the budget for sales technology, ensuring investments are cost-effective and provide a high return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of sales technology systems.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status, progress, and ROI of sales technology initiatives.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a technology-driven role, preferably with a background in sales or marketing technology management.

Language

No Special Requirements

Computer Skills

Expert knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), sales automation tools, and data analytics software.

Personality

Innovative, proactive, and driven, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges.

Personal Skills

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-departmental teams and projects.

Certifications in CRM administration, project management, or relevant sales technology platforms.
