General objective of the job

As the Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for crafting and executing effective B2B marketing strategies that enhance brand affinity, drive customer engagement, and support new product launches. Your role involves overseeing the entire B2B customer journey, from initial awareness through to long-term partnership cultivation, ensuring alignment across all marketing and communication efforts.

Sales Team, Public Relations, Data Analysts, Product Managers, Customer Support, and External Vendors

Main Duties of The Job

  • Map the B2B customer journey and develop targeted strategies to enhance engagement and brand loyalty among business clients.
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring clear and effective messaging that resonates with B2B clients.
  • Plan and execute B2B events and engagement activities, managing all aspects from concept to execution.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of all B2B communications and marketing materials, continually seeking ways to optimize content and presentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all messaging, campaigns, and product launches are unified and effectively communicated.
  • Manage the marketing budget for B2B initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to execute events and create marketing materials.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators and success metrics of B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously adapt and refine marketing strategies.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the real estate industry or related fields. Experience in event management and corporate communications is highly valued.

Language

English is preferred

Computer Skills

Proficiency in marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.

Personality

Dynamic, focused, and self-motivated with a strong ability to adapt and innovate.

Personal Skills

Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the capacity to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Experience in copywriting, content creation, and design. Familiarity with working with agencies and vendors.
