General objective of the job

As a Specialized Sales Representative at Kemedar, you play a crucial role in promoting and selling selected high-value properties, projects, or products. Main Duties of The Job

  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing deals on high-value properties, projects, or products.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, and potential market for each assigned product or project.
  • Engage with potential buyers through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions to effectively communicate product value and foster buyer interest.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by utilizing marketing-generated leads, cold calling, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and sales performance data.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the sales management team.
  • Document all sales activities and interactions in CRM software, maintaining accurate and accessible records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials and tools needed to support selling activities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help in product development and positioning.

Education

No Special Requirements

Experience

At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or in selling high-value, specialized products.

Language

Computer Skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Personality

Proactive, motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.

Personal Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Extra experience in marketing systems

Sales or marketing certifications are advantageous but not required.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Good connections
