General objective of the job
As a Product Strategist / Researcher for Kemedar in Egypt, you will spearhead the research strategy, identifying product-market fit, and driving product enhancements across B2B and B2C verticals. Your role is crucial in gathering and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to suggest actionable solutions that align with Kemedar’s growth ambitions in the region.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Lead the product research process across Kemedar’s operations in Egypt, ensuring comprehensive market and user analysis.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including usability tests, diary studies, and surveys, to gather insights on user behaviors and market conditions.
- Synthesize research findings from diverse data sources to create coherent, actionable strategies for product enhancements and innovations.
- Facilitate workshops with the Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate research findings into product features and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure that product strategies align with broader business goals and consumer needs.
- Regularly update and communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Champion the incorporation of human-centered design principles in product development to enhance user experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of data privacy principles during the research process.
- Mentor and uplift the skills of the design team by providing expert guidance and feedback.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a research role, with a proven track record in product strategy, user research, or market analysis.
Language
Fluent in English is a Must
Computer Skills
Proficiency in using a variety of research tools and methodologies, familiarity with remote testing platforms, prototyping tools, and statistical analysis software.
Personality
Proactive, insightful, and highly motivated with a passion for developing user-centered design solutions.
Personal Skills
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
