General objective of the job


 

As the Call Center Manager at Kemedar, you will oversee the daily operations of our call center, managing a team dedicated to making promotional calls for Kemedar’s diverse range of products and services. Your leadership will ensure that the call center operates efficiently, meets its sales targets, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Call Center Representatives, Team Leads, Training and Development Staff

Main Duties of The Job

  • Manage the overall operations of the call center, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively while meeting all sales and service objectives.
  • Develop strategies and implement plans to achieve sales targets for various products and services promoted through call center activities.
  • Monitor call center metrics, such as call volumes, duration, sales conversion rates, and customer feedback, to ensure performance standards are met or exceeded.
  • Hire, train, and coach call center staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively promote products and services and handle customer interactions.
  • Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and maintain high service levels.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team performance and staff retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure call center representatives are well-informed about the features and benefits of each product or service.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports on call center performance and progress towards goals for senior management.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with 3+ years in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a sales-focused call center.

Language

English is must

Computer Skills

Proficiency in call center technology, CRM software, and performance management systems.

Personality

Strong leader with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Personal Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a large team.

It will be nice if you have...

Certification

Certifications in call center management, customer service, or sales management are beneficial.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Good connections 

If you have good connections to business key persons in real estate industry and investors
